This complimentary Mic Drop Swipeables™ is a one-time offer, limited to one free swipeable per customer. Offer is valid only for new customers and must be redeemed by  the offer expiration date. Eligible source content includes one of the following:

• An article (max 5,000 words)

• A podcast episode under 20 minutes

• Lecture notes (maximum 5 pages)

Content outside these parameters may require a custom quote. After the expiration date, the offer will be void and no longer redeemable.

Turnaround Time & Review Process

• Typical delivery: 5–7 business days after receiving your full content package

• Max delivery window: Up to 2 weeks during peak periods

• Review window: You’ll provide feedback within approx. 3 business days of receiving drafts via email. Timely feedback helps us stay on track! Delays in response may result in shifted delivery timelines.

• One round of edits included to ensure your final swipeables reflect your voice
   

Refund Policy

• Full refund within 24 hours of purchase if work has not started

• Partial refund or revision if drafts have already been delivered

• No refunds for completed work—but we’ll revise within the agreed scope to ensure your satisfaction
   

What You Provide

To make your mic drop moment truly impactful, you’ll submit the following:

Choose One Core Content Format (per swipeable):

• Podcast episode–audio file + transcript (not greater than 30 minutes)

• Webinar or video–video link or file + transcript (Webinar 1-hour max, Video: 20 min max)

• Written work–digital article (Microsoft Word/PDF preferred)

• Conference materials–lecture notes (max 15 pages) or presentation deck (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, PDF preferred)
   

Need help with transcripts? We’ll create one for you for $50 per channel.
 

Optional Content Materials To Provide

• Fact-checked references (optional, but strongly recommended)

• Photos or illustrations (up to 5 high-quality images/illustrations; we can also research stock imagery)

• Brand assets (logo, colors, fonts, visual guidelines if available)

The stronger your content, the stronger your swipeables. You bring the knowledge—we shape it for scroll-stopping impact.

What’s Not Included (But Can Be Added!)

Here’s what’s not included—add-ons available upon request:

• Social Media Management: We don’t post or manage your content. Need help with strategy or scheduling? Let’s talk about adding a Social Media Management SLA.

• Custom Illustrative Design: We don’t create original illustrations or custom artwork. You’re welcome to provide your own visuals, or we can quote custom design work separately. Visuals are not required.

• Research or Content Development: We don’t conduct or write/develop research. You provide the core material and references—we’ll use your educational content to craft swipeables from what you provide.
   

Creative & Usage Terms

1. Brand Usage Rights

WriterRenea Multimedia is authorized to use Client’s brand assets (logos, trademarks, color palette, and multimedia content) for creating and promoting social media content. This includes commercial use of all deliverables created under this agreement.
 

2. Content Ownership & Licensing

Client affirms that all submitted content—including images, podcast audio, published and nonpublished works, videos, and webinars—is either owned by the Client or that the Client holds unlimited commercial usage rights. WriterRenea Multimedia is not liable for third-party copyright issues. (Written usage permission will be required if client provided materials are not solely owned by client.)
 

3. Portfolio & Promotion Rights

We retain the right to showcase finished, non-confidential deliverables (graphics, captions, videos, etc) in our portfolio for commercial promotional use. No proprietary info will be shared without your consent.
 

4. Client Testimonials

Upon successful project completion, Client agrees to consider providing a testimonial, pending final approval, which may be used for promotional purposes.
 

5. Nonworking Days

WriterRenea Multimedia observes standard U.S. holidays and weekends as nonworking days unless. Observed Holidays Include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
